Richard H. DozerRich is Chairman of the Board and Audit Committee Chairman of Swift Transportation. He is also Chairman of the Board of Viad Corporation, and is a Director and Finance Committee Chairman of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. He also serves as Treasurer of the Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau. Rich previously was on the boards of Apollo Education Group and Stratford American Corporation. From 1995 to 2006, Rich was President of the Arizona Diamondbacks and VP & COO of the Phoenix Suns from 1987 to 1995. Rich was with Arthur Andersen from 1979 to 1987 with positions as audit manager and other roles.
Michael GarnreiterMike has served on the board of Knight Transportation since 2003. He is also Chairman of the Board and Audit Committee Chairman of Taser International Inc.; Chair of the Audit and Governance Committees of Amtech Systems, Inc.; and on the Board of Banner Health Systems. He previously served as Treasurer of Shamrock Foods Company, was a managing member of Rising Sun Restaurant Group, President of New Era Restaurants, and Executive VP, Treasurer and CFO of Main Street Restaurant Group, Inc.. Prior to joining Main Street, Mike served as a general partner of Arthur Andersen LLP.
